Take Advantage of this Exclusive Invitation for a New Personal and Professional Development Program You Can’t Afford to Miss

I am very excited to share with my Penn State family a special opportunity I was able to secure for all PSU Letterman that very well may change your professional life.

Click the video above to learn more about NAPSA player experiences.

Have you ever wondered why there is a coach for every aspect of the game of football, but in day-to-day life you are often on your own?

Former football players are elite performers who excelled on the field. Now, you can benefit from a customized and collaborative personal and professional development experience built to accelerate you to the next level of your career and life.

NAPSA—The National Athletic and Professional Success Academy— has already helped former football players ranging in age from 23 to 51 unlock their potential and leverage hidden, undervalued, and overlooked skills, knowledge, and performance track records developed during their football careers.

I can tell you from personal experience, having gone through the NAPSA program last summer myself, it’s an extremely valuable investment of time and effort. In fact, here are what some other Penn State Lettermen have to say about this rewarding program.

According to former Nittany Lion and NFL veteran Bryan Scott (’03), “I can’t begin to express how uplifting, empowering, and valuable the three days were for me at the NAPSA program.”

Quintus McDonald (’19) observed, “Well number one NAPSA in and of itself is unique because I don’t know of any other private organization that's been put together specifically to help men transition their real-world NFL football experience into the corporate world.”

All-American and NFL Pro Bowler Paul Posluszny (’07) adds, “I believe whether you transitioned from the college game or the NFL to your next career, the NAPSA approach can be extremely beneficial to thinking about yourself, your skills, and your knowledge in a new and more valuable way. It certainly has been for me. You also walk away with an innovative and powerful resume—a true performance portfolio.”

Penn State Lettermen have also served as instructors, advisors, and coaches in NAPSA training sessions, including former Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year and Super Bowl Champion Michael Robinson (’06). “NAPSA has figured out a new and innovative way to leverage your football experience—all of the preparation, practice, and performance that we put into football can accelerate your personal and professional development beyond the game,” says Michael. “I helped design the NAPSA program with business leaders, athletes, and academics to meet our needs. There is nothing else like this out there.”

NAPSA was originally designed for NFL players. But through a relationship with Penn State Executive Programs—the executive education and corporate learning division of the Smeal College of Business—I have been able to offer this revolutionary and propriety platform to all Nittany Lion Lettermen.

NAPSA’s next Intensive Experience is September 30 through October 2 on our Penn State campus.

I urge you to look into this program. Seating is limited, and full and partial-tuition scholarships may be available.

For the glory.
