Student Tickets Go On Sale in June!

Summer is here but for the die hard football fans - student football tickets go on sale next month!  Penn State Student season tickets for the upcoming football campaign will begin on June 17.

This is an article that was featured on the Penn State News website in April:

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The 2019 Penn State student football season ticket sale will begin on Monday, June 17 and run through Friday, June 21. Graduate students open the annual sale on June 17 with the sale continuing through the freshmen ticket sale on June 21.

The cost of the seven-game home season ticket package is $239. Students can also purchase an official 2019 White Out shirt — short sleeve ($26) or long sleeve ($32) — during the sale. Students may also join the Student Nittany Lion Club during the sale for $35.

New for 2019, mobile ticketing will be the entry method for all student tickets. Additional information on mobile ticketing will be announced later this summer and communicated directly with successful student season ticket purchasers.

All sales will begin at 7 a.m. (Eastern) and close at 2 p.m. daily. Please note that sales may close prior to 2 p.m., if class allocated tickets sell out. Eligibility and the daily schedule are posted at Student Central: www.GoPSUsports.com/studentcentral.

Individual sale dates are determined by credits earned by May 30, 2019. Assigned sale dates cannot be changed. Intercollegiate Athletics recommends all students thoroughly review the sale eligibility requirements listed on the season ticket sale guide on www.GoPSUsports.com/studentcentral. Penn State Athletics will send out an email the week of June 10 to all students eligible to participate in the sale confirming their sale date. All sales will occur online. Detailed sale instructions will be shared in early June.

Students looking forward to being part of what ESPN The Magazine called, "The Nation's No. 1 Student Section," will be a part of a home schedule that features a trio of non-conference games, including the 100th all-time meeting with Pittsburgh. The Nittany Lions open the season against Idaho (Aug. 31) and face Buffalo (Sept. 7) and Pittsburgh (Sept. 14) to close out a three-game homestand to start the year. In Big Ten play, Penn State welcomes Purdue (Oct. 5 – Homecoming), Michigan (Oct. 19 – Penn State White Out), Indiana (Nov. 16), Rutgers (Nov. 30) to Happy Valley.

The online sale is open only to full-time registered students with each class being allocated a specific amount of tickets. Sophomores, juniors and seniors must be registered for 12 credit by 5 p.m. on May 30, 2019, for the 2019 fall semester (wait list classes will not count). Current graduate students must be active for the 2019 fall semester and new graduate students must be offered admission for the 2019 fall semester by May 30, 2019 at 5 p.m. A "Sold Out" message will be posted to Student Central when ticket resources have been exhausted for that day's respective class sale.

Specific questions about the sale can be addressed by calling the Athletics Customer Relations Center at 1-800-NITTANY (648-8269) from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Athletics Customer Relations Center hours during the sale week (June 17-21) will be 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Customers can also send questions to: studenttickets@psu.edu.
