Annual Board Meeting, Blue-White Practice Invite, Plan to be in Happy Valley!
Dear Football Lettermen,
As the 2018 edition of the Penn State Football team prepares themselves for the upcoming season, I would like to again thank you for faithfulness and support of the program. Our players and staff completed their second consecutive 11 win season and are looking to the future. Spring practice began on Monday, March 19th and the quest for a championship has begun. Our annual Blue/White game is scheduled for Saturday, April 21st this year at 3pm. Our annual board meeting will be held the day of game at 11am in the Letterman’s Lounge.
The day before the game (Friday, April 20th), I would like to invite you to practice at Beaver Stadium. This practice will provide you with a glimpse of the team as they prepare for the Blue/White game and the upcoming 2018 season. It will also give you a chance to catch up with former teammates and other lettermen you have not had a chance to meet. At the conclusion of the practice, Coach Franklin would like to say a few words to the lettermen in attendance.
Later that evening, we will have our annual social event for lettermen at the Fireside lounge located at the Nittany Lion Inn on campus. This event is scheduled from 8-10pm. Food will be provided by way of heavy hors d’oeuvres and there will be an open bar. I look forward to you joining us!
